I recently stayed at Sud Est By Fam Rossetti for 3 nights while visiting the area. The location was perfect, close to the harbour and within walking distance of excellent local restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, an elder gentleman greeted me with a complimentary glass of Iced Tea, which was refreshing after a long walk in the heat. The young gentleman at reception provided me with a map and recommended a top-notch restaurant nearby. The lady at reception was patient and attentive, offering great advice on parking, safe routes, and even where it was legal to go fishing. The breakfast was delicious and the price for my stay was excellent at only 60 Euro per night.
I recommend this hotel.

the lady at reception was very nice, patirnt and attentive. Provided good advice re restaurant, parking, safe routes and even where it is legal to go for fishing. Close to the harbour Fine breakfast Nice price of 60Euro

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and recommended some great places to eat nearby. Our room was cleaned daily and had reliable Wi-Fi. The location was perfect for us as it was a short walk to the beach and close to public transport. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in our stay and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel decor was outdated and there were a couple of minor issues such as a noisy air conditioning unit. the hotel was located on a busy road which resulted in some traffic noise.

the location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of some important tourist sites. the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They also provided decent internet service, which helped me stay connected with my family back home.
the room I stayed in was terribly hot with no air conditioning or fan.

The hotel has a convenient location, very close to the ancient city center, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It's also very close to Lavagna. While the hotel is close to the rail line and can be noisy when trains pass, it's not airconditioned, so keeping the windows open is necessary. the rooms have hardwood flooring and are kept very clean.
The staff may not be very helpful or responsive to guests' needs, as some previous reviews have stated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, providing me with great recommendations for local restaurants and even giving me tips on where to go fishing. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel was very clean. Additionally, the location was very convenient being close to the city center and transportation facilities.
Was all great.
